Consciousness is a state of being that exists in both the individual and collective. It exists in all aspects of nature, from the smallest cell to the most expansive galaxy. It simply means pure awareness. Most people go through life without conscious awareness of their Self and surrounding until they go through a spiritual awakening.

Spiritual awakening really sheds a light and brings conscious awareness to our thoughts, emotions, and actions thereby helping us in our manifestation. When we dig deeper into our spiritual and psychological lives we notice that our minds can be divided into two namely our conscious mind and our subconscious mind.

Consciousness can also be thought of as awareness

The soul is the conscious awareness that permeates through and unites all aspects of nature. This means that it contains every living thing, from a single-cell organism to the most complex system in the universe. It also includes non-living things, like rocks and oceans, and planets. If you can think of something that exists in this universe, whether it’s a planet or an atom, or even a molecule—the soul is what binds those things together into one unified whole.

The spirit is not only present in living beings (including humans), but also permeates through everything else we see as well—from plants to animals to waterfalls, mountains to rocks, windstorms to hurricanes…everything. It makes up everything we see around us on Earth, all matter has its own unique piece within this greater whole called “The Soul Of All Things.”

Self-consciousness is the ability to be aware of one’s own existence, thoughts, and feelings. It means you can think about your own behavior, mind, and body. It also means that you are aware of the fact that others have minds too, they experience things in much the same way as you. When we become self-conscious, we start operating from a spiritual perspective and we start to realize it’s all about the collective consciousness as opposed to our egos.

Self-awareness is important because it allows us to recognize ourselves as individuals alongside our flaws and strengths—to be conscious of our own identity. This is an essential function for survival because without being able to recognize ourselves or our surroundings we would have no way of knowing what behaviors were appropriate in different situations.

Let’s begin by discussing the ego. What is it? The ego is a construct created by society and culture, mainly through language and social communication

Your ego is the rational mind, logic, and reason. The ego functions as the “I” in you, but it also represents the self-centered nature that can cause us to be egocentric, self-absorbed, and selfish. Egoism is a philosophy based on self-interest and individuality.

The ego functions as a construct created by society and culture through language and social communication. It is an artificial construct that helps us to make sense of our world by providing meaning to our experiences, however, this comes at a cost because we are unable to see things objectively or from any other perspective than our own personal one which creates problems when trying to communicate with others about anything connected with reality outside ourselves. That’s why sometimes people say things like: “That’s just your opinion!” because they’re trying not only to challenge someone else’s viewpoint but also show how wrong they think their view must be since it’s different from theirs.

The ego is a construct created by your mind. It’s what you believe about yourself to be true, even though it may not actually be true. The ego is a construction of the brain that allows us to communicate with each other while remaining separate entities in our respective bodies (or brains). Our bodies are nothing more than vehicles for our consciousness or soul (which I prefer to call the “self”), so clearly this means we could choose not to identify with any particular body at all.

The ego is what makes us all different from each other. It’s what makes you believe that your body is a separate entity from everyone else, and it’s what makes people believe that their opinions are the only ones that matter. The ego is a construct created by society and culture, mainly through language and social communication.

Consciousness is a state of being. Consciousness is the awareness of being aware, and it can be experienced in many different ways.

We are all conscious beings, but the degree to which we are conscious varies greatly. Some people walk around with their eyes half open and their minds fully shut, while others keep their eyes wide open but rarely think about what they see (or don’t). Most people fall somewhere between these two extremes, there’s a lot going on in our heads most of the time—but it’s also true that some people don’t know how much goes on because they’re too busy thinking about something else.

People with a high level of consciousness are said to be very spiritual they engage in practices like meditation and mindfulness, some are considered to be spiritual gurus and masters. Most spiritual people are conscious to the point that they are aware of not only our earthly environment but also the spiritual world. They see into other realms of reality, the ancient Africans and Egyptians were said to have operated from a higher level of consciousness than how they were able to do fascinating things like building pyramids and studying the stars. They understood everything in our universe is connected and one.

At its most basic level, consciousness is simply being aware of one’s surroundings: looking at things and listening to sounds (which means hearing them), feeling sensations against our skin, or touching objects in our hands. But this isn’t all there is to it, consciousness can be much more than this—it can include thinking about ideas or emotions as well as simply feeling them. Imagining future situations instead of just experiencing current ones, evaluating what we see without actually doing anything about it, and imagining scenarios from other perspectives besides our own ego-based viewpoint. There are many different levels within human consciousness.

One’s individuality is an illusion and delusion of the mind, while in truth, we are all an expression of one consciousness

You are not an individual. You are one with everyone and everything. Your individuality is an illusion and delusion of the mind, while in truth, we are all an expression of one consciousness.

The ego is a false self that is created by the mind to protect you from pain and suffering. It is a false identity that is created by your thoughts and emotions in order to cope with life’s challenges – but it has nothing to do with who you really are. Most people transcend their egos through a spiritual awakening or taking plants like Psychedelics and mushrooms.

You see, when we look at others as different from ourselves (or even better yet inferior), then we can feel superior; when we look at ourselves as different from others (or even better yet better), then we can feel less vulnerable, this way our fear of death is reduced which keeps us going forward through life rather than running away from our fears.

  • We are all connected at the soul level of consciousness by a matrix of information fields.
  • This is a higher realm of consciousness that transcends this physical realm of existence, but it still exists and it can be accessed.

Higher realm of consciousness

There exists a higher realm of consciousness that transcends this physical realm of existence. It operates at different frequencies and dimensions that exist outside our perception. These higher states of consciousness are experienced through dreams and altered states such as deep sleep or meditation. However, it can also be accessed during waking hours through practices like yoga, Tai Chi, Qi Gong, and more.

This higher state of consciousness is known by many names, but it is best described as a place where we are more aware of our connection to all things. We become less concerned with the material world and more concerned with our spiritual being. This allows us to move beyond the confines of our physical bodies and experience ourselves as part of something greater than ourselves.

In this spiritual realm, there is no separation between people or objects in space. This means that you can see and feel everything around you. In this realm, everything is connected on a higher dimensional level. There are no boundaries between two objects because they are both one with the universe.

This is a higher dimension of consciousness where you are aware of your energies as well as other people’s energies around you. You also know how to manage your own energy so that it does not affect anyone else negatively or vice versa.

This level of consciousness helps us understand our true selves better because we are able to perceive more things than before at once without any effort at all.

The higher realm of consciousness is a dimension that exists outside our perception and operates at different frequencies and dimensions than ours. It co-exists in the same space as our own universe, although we are unable to perceive it because it operates on a different frequency, one that is beyond human comprehension. It is a realm of pure consciousness and awareness—a place where there are no thoughts or ideas, only thoughtless awareness itself.

The higher realm of consciousness is often referred to by various names such as “the void,” “the void of pure being,” or “the void”.

This higher realm of consciousness can be accessed through meditation, lucid dreaming (being aware you’re dreaming while dreaming), near-death experiences (consciously leaving your body while sleeping), hypnagogic hallucinations (hallucinations before falling asleep), astral projection (projecting oneself out of the body while sleeping) and other means such as psychedelics and mushrooms.

Higher states of consciousness are experienced through dreams and altered states such as deep sleep or meditation

When we’re asleep, we enter a state of consciousness that allows us to process information and emotions that we don’t have the ability to process while awake, it is known as theta or delta waves. This can be due to an inability to concentrate on something because there are too many distractions in our lives, or it could be because there’s something about your current reality that makes it difficult for you to focus on other things. So when you go into a dream state, your mind will create situations in which it can work out any issues that are bothering you at the time.

Dreams often seem nonsensical, but they actually serve an important purpose, organizing thoughts and emotions so that they make sense within our minds once we’re awake again. Dreams also give us insight into what our unconscious minds are trying to tell us through symbolism and metaphor, so when someone has trouble telling you their dreams after waking up from them (or doesn’t remember them at all), this means their subconscious was still working hard during sleep.

Dreams are essentially a way for us to communicate with our subconscious minds. This is why we often feel refreshed after having a good dream, or why we have “eureka moments” when something in our dreams makes sense once we’re awake again. The reason why dreams aren’t always easy to recall after waking up is because of the different levels at which we process information: while asleep, our conscious mind isn’t there to remember everything; but once we wake up and become conscious again, everything starts making sense as if it were all put together like puzzle pieces by an outside force (our unconscious minds).

We may appear separate, but we are all ultimately connected

Although we may appear separate and distinct, with our own thoughts, feelings, and experiences, we are all ultimately connected. We are all part of a greater whole. At our core is this same consciousness that connects us all—and it’s what makes us human beings.

We are more than just the physical body; we are also energetic beings with an innate capacity for higher thought processes and emotions like love. This means that each person has a divine spark within them—a spiritual essence that connects them directly to God (or whatever name you choose to use for the Supreme Being).

This is the reason why we are able to love one another. It’s also what makes us feel compassion and empathy for those around us. Our connection to God allows us to transcend our physical bodies and experience life on a higher level.

We as beings with consciousness are often consumed by the ego and its thoughts. This is understandable because we have been conditioned to believe that our individual identities are separate from each other. However, there are many ways for us to transcend this barrier and connect with others on a deeper level. Meditation is one way that allows us to get in touch with our soul’s true identity (or higher self). By meditating regularly, we can access higher states of consciousness where we feel more connected with ourselves and others around us.
