The subconscious mind doesn’t know the difference between reality and fantasy (thoughts seem real). And it operates according to its own set of rules (the law of attraction).
Ways to activate and reprogramme your subconscious mind

Meditation helps calm the conscious mind while engaging the subconscious mind so that new ideas can emerge more easily. It also helps you identify and reprogram self-limiting beliefs stored in your subconscious mind.
Meditation is a great way to help you reach a state of deep relaxation. You can use meditation as an effective tool to achieve peace and clarity of mind, which will help you gain better control over your thoughts, feelings and emotions.

For example when we are focused and concentrating on work our brain is in alpha state, when we are relaxed in a meditative position we are in theta waves and in deep sleep we are in Delta waves. - When you’re ready, close your eyes and focus on one word or image (for example: relaxation, calmness…). You can repeat this word or image silently in your head as a mantra while imagining yourself feeling relaxed again and again until you reach the point where you feel very relaxed indeed.
- Start to repeat affirmations to yourself. Depending on your goals and intention.
